GBU Event Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in GBU events is entirely voluntary.

You acknowledge that attendance may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Emotional distress
• Interaction with other attendees
• Exposure to communicable conditions, including sexually transmitted infections

You freely and knowingly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full personal responsibility for your participation.

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and wellbeing
• You will take appropriate precautions to protect yourself and others
• GBU does not provide medical supervision, personal monitoring, or risk mitigation beyond general event management

You agree that:

• All interactions must be consensual, informed, and voluntary
• Consent must be obtained prior to any physical or intimate interaction
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time

You acknowledge that:

• Attendance at the Event does not imply consent
• Non-consensual conduct may constitute a criminal offense and/or civil liability

Any violation of these principles may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion from future events.

You agree to:

• Treat all attendees, staff, and venue personnel with respect
• Refrain from harassment, coercion, intimidation, or disruptive conduct

GBU reserves the right to remove any Participant at its sole discretion, without refund.

You acknowledge that GBU events are private environments.

You agree:

• Not to disclose or share identifying information about other attendees without their explicit consent
• Not to record, photograph, or distribute content where prohibited by event rules

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to:

• Release, waive, and discharge GBU LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Event

This includes, without limitation:

• Personal injury
• Emotional distress
• Property loss or damage

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBU LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your conduct at the Event
• Your breach of this agreement
• Any harm caused to other participants or third parties

GBU makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The conduct of other attendees
• The safety or outcomes of interactions
• The suitability of the Event for any individual

By applying to attend or attending a GBU Event, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Waiver in full
• You voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms
• You understand that you are giving up certain legal rights
• You have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice
